Cal State Maritime Men’s Soccer – Coach Mike Carvalho

On today’s episode, I speak with Coach Mike Carvalho from the Cal Maritime Men’s Program in California. We talk about how his roster is made up primarily of domestic players. He tells me about the fantastic jobs their graduates get after leaving school. Lastly, we discuss their adaptive style of play and the different formations they use to execute that.
