On today’s episode, I speak with Coach Stringer from the Lincoln University Women’s Program in Missouri. We talk about what it’s like recruiting for a team that is a year away from playing. She describes the sense of community and the school’s history as an HBCU. Lastly, we discuss how she will look to implement her dynamic coaching style.
