On today’s episode, I speak with Coach Robinson from the Wittenberg Women’s Program in Ohio. We talk about how recruiting players with injuries is a challenging process. She describes how many majors have a hands-on learning component. Lastly, we discuss how they look for players who want to compete everyday in training as well as off the pitch.
